PS4?

*No that isn’t a picture of the PlayStation 4, just a cool render I found online…This on the other hand?

 

So is Sony getting ready to unveil the PlayStation 4?

Well who knows what that is exactly but Sony says they are going to show us the future on February 20th.  So is it madness to give us the PS4 here in February and not hold off for e3?  Especially when they just said last week they weren’t going to jump the gun to beat Microsoft to the punch?  Well there is a little bit of history here.   You see it was January 2011 when Sony unveiled the NGP aka Vita…of course we all know how that has gone.

Anywho, I expect to see a new machine with a fancy codename (Orbis) some pretty pictures and videos and a hint of what is new but no full specs, no pricing, no street dates, etc…

What do you think?

Oh and for all you conspiracy theory buffs out there?  How about this one.   February 20 = 02/20 = 2+2 = 4…PS4?  A reach?  Perhaps…or perhaps not…
