For those teams that display a basketball in your logo, don’t start revising them just yet, the NBA has decided to scrap the new synthetic ball in 2007.  The most interesting criticism in the article from the players is that the new ball cut their hands.  The league will go back to the old leather ball starting Jan. 1 but Stern is still going to work with Spalding on developing a new ball.  Stay tuned.  NBA to go back to old leather ball – Yahoo! Okay so this has little to do with Mr. Shatner and everything to do with one Cap-i-tan Kirk. A dirty little rumore (and what other kind is there?) is going around saying that JJ Abrahms would like Matt Damon to play Captain Kirk in the upcoming Star Trek reboot movie and that even more supirsing is that he is into it.
I imagine the introductions will go something like this:

Carreer meet the toilet. Toilet have you met my career?

Do you think he gets to a point where he just wants to tank his carreer so Ben Affleck will quit calling him asking for handouts?
